Fees and Deposits

*Rental fees start at $5000

*Overnight campers/trailers: extra fee of $50.00

*$1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

*50% of the balance is due 90 days prior to the event

remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event

*Security deposit of $500.00, which is to be paid in a separate payment

at the time of rehearsal or before but is refundable 24 hours after

the event.


*We welcome many outside musicians and entertainment specialist to Rustic Ranch.

All music must be completed by 10:00 pm or volume turned down, and vendors must be cleaned up and gone by 11:30 pm. We do reserve the right to monitor and control the volume on the premises.


*Parking is provided on the north side of the fenced property facing the vineyards.

Inside venue area is only provided for the caterers, bride, parents, grandparents and

disabled family members only.


*Rustic Ranch is offering camping in our pasture for a fee of $50.00 for the weekend.

Sorry, we have no hook-ups!!Absolutely no campfires or BBQ allowed!!!

This is also a non-smoking area. Please respect our property and clean up your trash.

We will need a head count of campers and trailers along with the payment 30 days prior to arrival. This information could also be included with your invitation.
